This Cookie Policy explains what KleverCargo stores on your device when you use the Platform at https://klevercargo.app and when you visit the website at https://klevercargo.com. It forms part of our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use. Capitalised terms have the meaning given there. The controller is Klever Logistics doo, Đorđa Isakova 22, 21241 Kać, Republic of Serbia.
1. What cookies and browser storage are
A cookie is a small text file that a website places in your browser and that the browser sends back on later requests. Browser storage (local storage and session storage) works the same way but is read only by the pages of the site that wrote it and is never sent automatically to a server. Both let a site remember you between pages and visits. Cookies and storage placed by us are first-party; those placed by another company through our pages would be third-party.
2. What we use
We use only what is strictly necessary to run the service you asked for. We use no analytics, no advertising and no tracking cookies, and no third party sets cookies through the Platform or the website. The whole list is below.
On the Platform (https://klevercargo.app)
One cookie keeps you signed in. Everything else is browser storage that holds your preferences and a copy of the screen you last used, so that the app opens quickly and remembers your settings. Nothing in it is read by anyone but the Platform on your device.
Maps
When you open a screen with a map, the map itself is loaded in your browser from Google Maps. Google then receives your IP address and the map area you look at, as it would for any website that shows a Google map. We do not pass your name or account to Google, and Google sets no cookie on https://klevercargo.app. Google is listed as a sub-processor in our Privacy Policy.
On the website (https://klevercargo.com)
The website is a static site. It sets no cookies and uses no browser storage. It loads no resources from third parties.
3. Legal basis
Strictly necessary cookies and storage do not require your consent, because they are needed to provide the service you explicitly requested (Article 5(3) of the ePrivacy Directive and the corresponding national laws). The personal data they contain is processed to perform our contract with you, Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. If we ever add cookies that are not strictly necessary, we will ask for your consent first and update this policy.
4. How to manage them
There is nothing optional to switch off. You can delete cookies and browser storage at any time in your browser settings, or by logging out, which clears the session cookie and the stored screen state. 5. Changes and contact
